Dental Solutions PLUS offers both employer sponsored (group) and individual plans. Our Dental 
Solutions PLUS plan is designed to provide comprehensive coverage and maximum savings 
without compromising quality of care. Southeast Managers also administers indemnity 
(any licensed dentist) dental plans that may be offered in a dual choice setting. 

When enrolling in the Dental Solutions PLUS program, the first step is selecting a General Dentist 
from our Provider Panel of dental professionals. The General  Dentist provides all routine dental 
care needs at published co-payment amounts.  These fees are listed in our schedules of benefits 
and can be viewed online in the Provider Panel area.

Features of the Dental Solutions PLUS plan include:
     
 No deductibles
 No claim forms
 No waiting periods for pre-existing conditions (everything* is covered from the 1st day 
     of coverage!!!) *Except procedures that are in process.
No annual maximums 

During the normal course of treatment the General Dentist may determine that the patient requires 
the services of a Dental Specialist  to handle a specific problem. Dental Solutions PLUS will 
provide a contracted specialist, when one is available, at 75% of the specialty dentist’s normal fees.
